As difficult as it may be to imagine, it was 9 years ago today that Kingston taxi driver, David Krick, was murdered while he was driving Amey's car 71. His violent death shone a light on the vulnerabilities of being a cab driver and several new safety procedures were implemented in Kingston cabs.
